The project is placed on a valuable seaside in Istanbul. Each apartment has an unobstructed view of the sea was preferred. Living rooms were placed at carefully studied angles. The unique shape enables a single core to serve all the floors at each level. The gradual change of plans through the floors has two main reasons: First, the upper floors have a better view and thus are more valuable. Secondly, change of shape distinguishes floors of the landowners which are deliberately a single type and commercial floors that serve different purposes. The upper floors Provide a rich panorama of the city, sea, and islands of Istanbul. The landscape is simple and not overly vegetated in line with the natural landscape of the area.
