Introducing our exceptional landscape residential project,
inspired by the natural topography, harmoniously blending
elevation solutions with the terrain’s natural contours.
Our design philosophy embraces a linear-centric approach,
rooted in the principles of multi-centricity, optimizing scenic
benefits, and following the natural hierarchy of green spaces. At
the heart of the project lies the linear green space, serving as the
primary focal point.

 

Other landscape elements, such as resting
areas, small-scale green spaces, playgrounds, and sports areas,
gracefully diminish and divide as they move away from the central
park, creating a coherent green zone that seamlessly merges with
the residential areas. This concept ensures that the linear central
area works cohesively throughout the project site.
