Esenler Public Garden was a proposal for a major riverside public space in Esenler, Istanbul. Maintaining a balance between urban and rural activities, re-establishing the lost river habitat, and designing pathways in a significantly sloped area were the main challenges. Tight collaboration with engineering teams was maintained throughout the project.
