Haliç Shoreline is an invited design competition for the Haliç gulf, south coast of the ancient 'Golden Horn'. The proposed project synthesizes contemporary urban/sociological needs within the historical and natural context of Haliç. Segments of the area which are disconnected by layer upon layer of infrastructural and industrial developments over centuries were reconnected by a strong 'implant' of
pedestrian roads.
