Rams Uzel is a mixed-use complex located on the periphery of the historical peninsula of Istanbul.
In collaboration with Dome+Partners SKAB team is responsible for conceptual design, mass development, facade design, and landscape design.
The project site includes various programs such as educational, public park, conference building, retail, and residential. Two separate building blocks are proposed to create smaller blocks and have two courtyards. The proposed building footprint enables continuous pedestrian circulation between the courtyards and the public park. Residential blocks are rotated in a way to create privacy.
