The project is a major public space proposal in central Sakarya, including the plot of the old city stadium and surrounding areas. The design strategy was to implement a structure that will serve as the backbone sustaining several indoor+outdoor functions. The structure transformed into a pedestrian bridge and a library, in addition to general shading and lighting elements. The remaining areas were intentionally
kept spacious meadows to host various outdoor activities.
