The project is a mixed-use complex located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, spread on a 3-hectare site.
The project site includes various uses such as educational, public park, retail and residential. Two separate building blocks are proposed to create smaller blocks and have two courtyards. L shaped building footprint is proposed to enable continuous pedestrian circulation between the courtyards and the public park. Residential blocks are raised gradually above the retail podium, and courtyards are designed as green areas with various programs.
