The project is a residential complex located in the Küçükçekmece area of Istanbul, spreading over 65 hectares. Low-rise architectural features characterize the project involving 70 villas, 2280 housing units, and broad landscape areas.
In collaboration with Arzu Nuhoglu Landscape Design, SKAB’s involvement in the project consists of all the stages of landscape design.
The water elements are a crucial part of this project. The pathways surrounded by large water elements in the apartment blocks connect to the linear park where all active landscape programs are gathered, creating a homogeneous and integrated circulation between the residential and common areas.
