The project is an integrated, sustainable, and innovative master plan for Tashkent's urban and natural environments, encompassing a 25,000-hectare expansion of the city in a subtropical climate. It aims to accommodate 2.5 million residents over the coming decades

Urban design elements have been strategically designed to seamlessly integrate with existing structures and diverse residential quarters within the project. This integration ensures connectivity with transportation networks and future developments, emphasizing a human-centered approach through central pedestrian axes and public amenities.
